Change of Mind
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order.
FULL PRICED items can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund. SALE/CLEARANCE items can only be returned for store credit or an exchange where product is available.
We offer a 60 day warranty on all of our jewellery for any manufacturing faults. You can return faulty items for replacement, store credit or a refund.
Returned item(s) must be in original condition. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings for returns unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault.
Items must be sent back in a padded envelope, with sufficient protection (such as original box and padding or bubble wrap) and shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Kat’s Collection is not liable for the loss of item(s) being returned to us. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt as proof of sending.
Please note, all refunds processed may take up to 5-10 business days before the funds are visible in your account.
